01Who we are

These terms govern the Anyratio website at https://anyratio-dev.web.app and the self-serve product at app.anyratio.ai (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

02The product

Anyratio takes one photo you already have and generates that same image at other aspect ratios and pixel sizes. The extra canvas is filled so the subject is not cropped. It is not a new campaign from a text prompt.

Stills (social and web-ad sizes, plus custom width × height) ship today. Print and motion are on the roadmap and are not included unless we say so in the product.

03Accounts

You need an account to generate. Sign up with email or Google. You must give accurate details, keep your login safe, and be old enough to form a contract where you live (18+ if you are paying).

Studio seats share one workspace, one still pool, and one job library. The billing owner is responsible for teammates on that plan.

04Plans, trial, billing

Solo and Studio are monthly subscriptions, priced on the homepage. A still is one source photo rendered at one unique pixel size. Two named formats that share the same width and height count as one still.

New Solo accounts may get a 14-day trial with a limited still quota. Payment details are collected at checkout. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay €0 for that period. Stay, and Solo bills at the then-current monthly price. Studio does not include that trial unless we say otherwise at checkout.

Unused stills do not roll over. Taxes may apply. Payment is handled by Stripe. You can cancel or update the card from account billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period already paid for ends.

Enterprise is a separate contract (SSO, region, volume). These self-serve terms still apply where that contract is silent.

05Your photos

You keep the rights you already have in the files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and generate sizes from those files so we can run the Service for you — including sending them to our image model provider.

Upload only material you have the right to adapt (own shoot, licence, or client sign-off). You are responsible for people in the picture, trademarks, and claims on the finished ads.

We do not claim ownership of your masters or of the sizes we generate for you.

06Outputs

Generated stills are approximations of a recomposed layout. Colour, edges, and type may differ from the master. Print colour, legal claims, and channel specs remain your responsibility. Review every export before you publish.

We may refuse or fail a job when a provider blocks the request (safety filters, invalid files, quota). Failed sizes can be retried from the job. Abuse of stills (scraping, resale of the raw model, attacks on the Service) can get the account closed.

07Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
• No attempting to extract model weights, scrape other customers’ jobs, or overload the API.
• No sharing one Solo seat as a public tool.

08Availability

We aim for a working product. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, a particular generation quality, or that every custom size will succeed. We may change features, quotas, or prices with notice on the site or by email for material billing changes.

09Liability

The Service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Anyratio is not liable for lost profits, lost campaigns, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a paid period is capped at the fees you paid us for that period. This does not limit liability we cannot exclude (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights).

10Closing an account

You can delete your account in settings. That removes your jobs and files we hold for you, as far as the product can reach. Billing owners with teammates must transfer or empty the team first. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

11Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. EU consumer protections that cannot be waived still apply. Disputes go to the courts of Sweden unless the law requires otherwise.
